Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using Robbie. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use Robbie.
What Robbie is
Robbie is an AI workspace for conversation, research, and creation using models through OpenRouter. Optional text sanitization is available in Settings and is off by default. Responses are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate — verify anything important before relying on it.
Your account
- You must be able to form a binding contract and use a valid sign-in.
- You're responsible for activity under your account; keep your sign-in secure.
- One person per account, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
Don't use Robbie to:
- Break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate content that harms people.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or provide the service to others without our permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you type and receive. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you (for example, storing your conversations so you can return to them). We do not sell your data or use your conversations to train models — see the Privacy Policy.
Access to features
Model availability and tool access depend on the configured provider and service limits. You can export your data at any time from Settings.
Plans, trials, and billing
Robbie offers Pro for $150 USD per month, Max for $250 USD per month, and Ultra for $500 USD per month. Prices are monthly and shown in USD. Checkout and payment-method collection are hosted by Stripe; Robbie does not receive or store your card number. Each Robbie account may start one 30-day free trial of one selected paid tier. A card is required to start a trial, and Stripe automatically charges the selected monthly price when the trial ends unless you cancel through the Stripe billing portal before then. Changing tiers does not create another trial.
The Stripe portal lets you update a payment method, cancel, or move between the available Robbie prices. A plan change during a trial keeps the existing trial end; it does not add another 30 days. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period unless Stripe presents a different choice before you confirm it. Your paid access is based on Stripe's verified subscription status. A failed, expired, canceled, or otherwise inactive subscription does not create paid-plan access.
Included requests and model routing
Premium models have small, separate allowances that are the same on every plan, including Ultra: Astra has 3 calls per day and 5 per month; Opus, Sonnet 5.5, and Sol Pro each have 5 calls per day and 15 per month. Higher plans do not increase these premium allowances. Each request remains subject to provider context windows, per-request limits, capacity controls, and model availability.
After a model's included allowance is used, Robbie may continue on a lower cost route based on your preference: Muse for normal chat, Luna for speed, Sol 6.1 Low for balanced work, or Sol 6.1 High for deeper reasoning. Hosted batch work uses Luna batch. Robbie keeps its persona, and the actual route is recorded in usage details. Saved Pro reasoning work may take 30 minutes or longer; its timing, completion, and quality are not guaranteed. Fable and Mythos remain future models; separate premium limits will apply if they become available. An Ultra plan does not make them available.
Separate pilot service
The separate Lobepilot service at agent.robbiebot.net may use the same sign-in account, but it does not currently share Robbie plan enforcement or included quotas. A Robbie subscription does not automatically cover that pilot service.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Robbie available and improving, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and may change or have downtime. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Robbie isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior three months.
